Reservation Terms and Conditions

1. Advance Payment: A 20% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Srinagar, before the trek begins.
2. Cancellation Policy:

• More than 30 days before trek: A refund of 90% of the deposit will be provided, with a 10% cancellation fee.
• Within 30 days of trek: A cancellation fee of 20% will apply; no refund on the deposit.
• Within 1 week of trek: A cancellation fee of 20% applies to the total amount.

1. No Refund Policy:

• If you do not complete the trek as planned for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
• If you leave the group trek for personal reasons, you are responsible for your own transport costs to return.

1. Additional Terms:

• Ensure that you review and understand all terms before making your reservation.
• The trekking company reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary.
