Reservation Terms and Conditions
- Advance Payment: A 20% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival in Srinagar, before the trek begins.
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days before trek: A refund of 90% of the deposit will be provided, with a 10% cancellation fee.
- Within 30 days of trek: A cancellation fee of 20% will apply; no refund on the deposit.
- Within 1 week of trek: A cancellation fee of 20% applies to the total amount.
- No Refund Policy:
- If you do not complete the trek as planned for personal reasons, no refund will be provided.
- If you leave the group trek for personal reasons, you are responsible for your own transport costs to return.
- Additional Terms:
- Ensure that you review and understand all terms before making your reservation.
- The trekking company reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary.
